one night i felt like i needed a new screen name. something funny, different and less boring than my current screen name, BrianJustiniano. yeah its fine, its just my name. but i've had it for quite sometime and i felt like it needed to go. so i started brain storming. i gathered a couple sn's that i wouldn't mind having. and out of all the sn's i thought of, the one that stood out the most was Spread Eagle 69. i don't know why. it's pretty gross. probably a screen name you would most likely see a pedophile use on To Catch a Predator. well, so i went through the whole process of creating a new screen name but it turned out that Spread Eagle 69 was already taken... some other person thought of that screen name and beat me to the punch... AMAZING! so i tried other variations of the name. and all those variations were also taken...
i was in awe... somewhat jealous and mad at the same time. ever since then i've been meaning to message those screen names and ask how they thought of such a genius sn.

HUMAN SEXUALITY. M & W. 3:50 - 5:15
SHIIIIT IS TIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had some trouble finding the class... i went through every floor trying to find it but i got there 10 minutes before it started. its a fairly large class of 40 with a few people that didnt show up. its a really chill class and my teacher Dr. Sylbar is hilarious! like Nick Cannon. homie is pretty old, probably in his early 70s and talks a lot, A LOT, about boners, vaginas, cumming, titties both big and small, penis' both big and small, swallowing semen, peeing and shitting during sexual intercourse, etc. but then again, it is human sexuality so one would have to expect to hear and see such things.
shit was hilarious tho. he shared stories of how he once witnessed a teacher cover his head with a condom in front of his class. he was crackin' up along with the class cause he said the teacher had a penis shaped head. but yeah, he was coo and funny. he had a few penis and vagina diagrams and drawings scattered on the board and overhead projector.
so that was it for today. one hilarious and chill class. a pretty easy Monday.
oh yeah... the textbook i need for that class is brand new and costs 90 bucks...

todays the first day of the Fall 09 semester and i only have one class at Sac, Human Sexuality from 3:50 - 5:15. that should be pretty fun, i heard its super chill and the class supposedly watches a lot of movies. im kinda unprepared tho. i dont have any of my books or know exactly where my classes are, but im pretty familiar with the campus so i should be fine. soooo, im pretty excited. im looking forward to gettin my shit straight and i hope my new clothes from Kmart and the Ryan Sheckler line from JcPenny catch some peoples attention. in a good way.

PUNCH CARD
ever feel like punching someone cause theyre annoying? wanna keep them in check?
give them a punch card and mark it every time theyre being a bitch. if youre the 10th person to mark their card, you can sock them as hard as you like!
1. you and all you friends must have a punch card. so click the pic and print it out and keep it with you at all times.
2. if someone doesnt have one, give them one and mark it for not having one. or, mark it twice for not having one, and for being a bitch.

DEAR CARL
instead of having a regular arm, Carl had been born with a pigeon's wing. the odd thing was, through all of his life, no one has ever laughed at his wing - not even the mean kids at school. then one day he realized why: he looked in the mirror and saw that HE WAS A PIGEON!!!!
UPDATE
. i was in the shower just a few hours ago when the 4.7 or so earthquake happened. ive been reading a lot of books lately on future events that will change the world. the universe even! and that made me think, ohhhh shittt... this better not be THE BIG ONE... i quickly got out of the shower and put on my shorts without drying myself because i forgot my towel in my bedroom.
the epicenter of the earthquake was located around the Inglewood area. even tho it lasted no more than 30 seconds or so, i never went back upstairs to dry myself. i just sat and watched tv. just chillin while my boxers and basketball shorts soak up all the water. great job!
. the weather is getting hotter... which meanssss, my thighs, armpits and nuts are soaking wet 24/7
. last night i ate out at Guppys with bj, mike, my bro and sara. we all smoked after our meal and watched angels and demons faded. TOM HANKS BLEW MY MIND!!! great job!

. i read up on the parts i didnt quite finish on the book the disappearance of the universe . good shit. and ive been reading some greek mythology and this one book called, something in this book is true. its a bunch of shit that really makes you think. lots of trippy scary shit like polar shifts, the Hopi indians, the grand alignment, spirit channeling and other prophecies. this shit is pretty crazy and deep. i cant even give you a quick summary of it... theres too much crazy facts and ideas and shit that i cant put into afew sentences or paragraphs. i dunno. but id say dont read it unless youre 100% interested and want to know more of it. some of the info they give are pretty disturbing to say the least. the author says its pretty bad if you only know partial info of the subject, shitll fuck you up man...

MUSIC INTERVIEW
1. Are you into music?
- yeah fo sho! listen to that shit 24/7, tappin my fingers and feet every second, always thinking of a song or lyrics or beat in my head. shit keeps me going, besides art.
2. What music instruments have you played?
- taught myself how to play drums, took band in 5th grade and played the trumpet, piano lessons from kinder or 1st grade - 4th grade. taught myself a little bit guitar, its sketchy tho.
3. What made you want to learn how to play the drums?
- shows. seeing bands and watching the drummers bang away is always good. that nice live sound and everything. since everythings so loud the drums caught my ear the most and i wanted to try it out. so i stuck to it and bought my drumset a few years back at sam ash with my own moola.
4. How was your experience playing the trumpet in the school band?
- it was aight. i wasnt really into it but i made sure i wasnt the worst of the trumpet group. i sailed through the whole thing.
5. Did you decided to play the trumpet?
- naw naw naw... it was my parents. they heard about some band exhibit just before the whole band class started and they wanted to check it out. so we went and the wanted my to try out the trumpet. thought itd be a good experience and all that stuff. id say it was a good experience. i just wish id rememeber the stuff i learned. i think all i can play now is mary had a little lamb. cant get bitches with that.
6. Have you taken any music classes in school?
- sure have. got the trumpet/band in 5th grade. history of music in freshman year. talked about the beginning of music - elvis. shit was tight. fall semester of college i took history of classical music. everything from old baroque music - 19th century opera - early jazz and now history of rock and roll. everything from slave songs - blues & jazz - country and gospel - R&B and rock adn roll.
7. Do you plan on moving forward in music?
- i plan on buying a new drum set. probably a 6 piece one. ive always wanted to get back in playing the piano but when i try and play it doesnt flow like how it used to when i was younger. so i usually end up stopping and coming back to it after a few months.
8. Do you think youll play music for the rest of yur life?
- mmm probably. yeah probably because im really into it and theres always room for improvement and its coo trying new shit. seeing what beats work with what and all that. music is a great way to squeeze out those creative juices. talkin bout endless possibilities.
9. What bands do you find highly inspirational?
- mmm lots of them. a big mix of what my brother and my dad listened to. so probably the beatles, sex pistols, glassjaw, ramones, old weezer, like the stuff from their blue album and pinkerton. shits always good to listen to. cat stevens, radiohead, elvis, the rat pack, jim croce, explosions in the sky, mogwai and more. i dunno. theres a lot of bands that i listened to that lead to more and more bands and different genres.
10. What musicians do you find highly inspirational?
- thom yorke, questlove, daryl palumbo, john lennon, elvis, buddy rich, jamie foxx, soulja boy, MOZART! cmon... foo was a kid prodigy! read up on that foo. i highly recommend it. or watch AMADEUS. do it. Johannes Brahms, franz listz, frederic chopin and beethoven... gotta have beethoven. nigga played the piano a bit deaf and memorized the keys by their vibrations... too crazy.
11. Anything you advice others?
- take music classes. learn about the history of genres and read up on musicians. shits interesting.

- it was aight. i wasnt really into it but i made sure i wasnt the worst of the trumpet group. i sailed through the whole thing.
5. Did you decided to play the trumpet?
- naw naw naw... it was my parents. they heard about some band exhibit just before the whole band class started and they wanted to check it out. so we went and the wanted my to try out the trumpet. thought itd be a good experience and all that stuff. id say it was a good experience. i just wish id rememeber the stuff i learned. i think all i can play now is mary had a little lamb. cant get bitches with that.
6. Have you taken any music classes in school?
- sure have. got the trumpet/band in 5th grade. history of music in freshman year. talked about the beginning of music - elvis. shit was tight. fall semester of college i took history of classical music. everything from old baroque music - 19th century opera - early jazz and now history of rock and roll. everything from slave songs - blues & jazz - country and gospel - R&B and rock adn roll.
7. Do you plan on moving forward in music?
- i plan on buying a new drum set. probably a 6 piece one. ive always wanted to get back in playing the piano but when i try and play it doesnt flow like how it used to when i was younger. so i usually end up stopping and coming back to it after a few months.
8. Do you think youll play music for the rest of yur life?
- mmm probably. yeah probably because im really into it and theres always room for improvement and its coo trying new shit. seeing what beats work with what and all that. music is a great way to squeeze out those creative juices. talkin bout endless possibilities.
9. What bands do you find highly inspirational?
- mmm lots of them. a big mix of what my brother and my dad listened to. so probably the beatles, sex pistols, glassjaw, ramones, old weezer, like the stuff from their blue album and pinkerton. shits always good to listen to. cat stevens, radiohead, elvis, the rat pack, jim croce, explosions in the sky, mogwai and more. i dunno. theres a lot of bands that i listened to that lead to more and more bands and different genres.
10. What musicians do you find highly inspirational?
- thom yorke, questlove, daryl palumbo, john lennon, elvis, buddy rich, jamie foxx, soulja boy, MOZART! cmon... foo was a kid prodigy! read up on that foo. i highly recommend it. or watch AMADEUS. do it. Johannes Brahms, franz listz, frederic chopin and beethoven... gotta have beethoven. nigga played the piano a bit deaf and memorized the keys by their vibrations... too crazy.
11. Anything you advice others?
- take music classes. learn about the history of genres and read up on musicians. shits interesting.

TEXT YO SELF
so yo, i texted the berrics a couple days ago asking, Who's better? Lakers or Celtics? and they replied back saying "Celtics, fo shooooo." to be honest thats not at all what i was expecting. knowing that the berrics is in LA i woulda thought they would support the Lakers. 1 because this is LA, and 2 because theyre the best fuckin team in the NBA. thats right Laker haters and kobe haters... but anyways yeah. thats the reply i recieved and im not all that impressed. but then again... the person that replied is from SF. so probably a Golden State Warriors fan and an Anti-Laker. so anything but Lakers is coo for him. i dunno. but that reply was whack... ill have to ask again. hopefully Koston or Carroll will answer the text cause theyre from LA. itd be cool Brandon Biebel answered the text, but i know for a fact that hes a hardcore Sacramento Kings fan. but who knows. he might pick LA over Boston.

if you wanted an update on my wrist. i sprained it from flying of my skateboard. fucking ran over a rock after bombing down a hill... so yeah, you could imagine how far i flew... well my wrist is better but still not 100% nothings broken or fractured. just a sprain so i was given a wrist guard. looks like ill have to take a break on jerking off.

so yo, today my homie bj showed me a website called "This is why you're fat". the website shows foods that only fat asses would even dare to think of, create or bake and actually eat. the creations of fatty foods range from chocolate covered bacon - an egg, bacon, toast and beer breakfast sandwhich. most of the food they list are fucking genius... for example a pizza burger. which is a large beef patty inbetween 2 pizzas. or a pizza vending machine. most of the shit on the site is all faded food. just the shit anyone could think of when theyre faded.
so check out the site. smoke a bowl or two and think. what do i feel like eating right now? then bake or make whatever comes to mind and put that shit all into one dish and BOO YAH! youre "This is why you're fat" status.

SKATE SAFE SPOT
It's not officially open, but everyone is offcially jumping the fence and shredding!
Rob pretty much killed it with this one, thanks buddy. The spot's not officially open yet and it's fenced off but that ain't stopping anybody! Jump the fence and get in there. Lafayette Park at Wilshire and S. Commonwealth, Los Angeles, CA.
Cool thing is that since this spot doesn't have huge obstacles there's no need for pads or lame park muarks enforcing rules. This seems to be the way to go.
Ground is butters, might spoil you.
The star is surprisingly popular, some dude already blunt to fakied the tip.
The fact that it's actually a nice park, with trees and shade and not in the usual industrial waste area is nice as well. Of course a lot of people will tell you it's a sketchy neighborhood, but those fools are probably from Laguna Beach.
The ledges had a metal side and edge, but concrete up top, not like other metal edges that extend on to the top. Really good for locking in, haven't seen that before.
