SHIP SHAPE

so yo, ive been tryin to lose weight, or i guess pretty much get more into shape? i aint got that 6 pack abs and i aint even gonna try... but i gotta do something before all them pizzas and burgers i be eatin take over my body. still got em forearms fo sho, gotta lift more and do more push ups like before. gotta get up to 10 or 15 pull ups and i gotta go running again. i gotta try to bring sexyback like justin timberlake (JT). gettin back in shape baby! ive been doing here and there exercises but it aint enough. the white castles burgers and pizza hut ive been shovin down my mouth are keepin me from JT status. so to cut down on the fatty shits, i bought some sandwhich bread and cheese and all that. you know, gotta get my sandwhiches crackin. those be healthy. so ill be eatin that and some cereal and shit you know, along with my glasses of water and vitamins.

. one a day pills. shit has like 300% and 900% vitamin A's - Z's. i didnt even know 300% was possible. thought 100% was the fullest anything can get

. water, water and water

. naked juice. got all em different flavors and mixtures. some for antioxidants, super food, 100% juice, flu fighters and all em good stuff your body needs

. steak beans fruits and vegies

. milk, not sure what it does for muscles or shit like that but it helps you grow. and its great with cinnamon toast crizzunch

. walking supposedly burns more fat than running and its easier on the knees

. smile big and hold it for 8 or more seconds. do more than 10 times. supposed to help strengthen cheek muscles and shit. if you what a buff face

. charles says, not 5hr or 7 hr shots. but 24 hour energy shots. also called "crack". haha

. eat em citrus fruits after dinner, shit helps burn fat

. cut back from eating late night snacks and eating before you knock out
